A therapeutic intensive can offer you months of insight and progress in just a few days.
Blending models of Transforming Touch®, SE®, and EMDR with the Healing Our Core Issues framework, a trauma intensive attends to the mind-body connection, skill development, and integrative reprocessing acting as a catalyst in long-term therapeutic care. Designed for clients seeking immersive experiential therapeutic work that supports nervous system regulation.
All work is guided through a structured multi-phase method. The intention is to provide a reparative and comprehensive path toward recovery from the lasting impacts of complex trauma while enhancing embodiment of your Authentic Self.
Why consider an intensive?
Individual and group therapeutic trauma intensives have many potential benefits. Here are a few examples:
Increased clarity and insight
Improvement in trauma-related symptoms or emotional patterns
Learning new tools for self-compassion and relationships
Improved nervous system regulation and somatic trust
A deeper sense of connection with yourself
Community healing and shared space
Enhanced therapeutic engagement
Curious if it’s right for you?
If you’re wondering about a therapeutic intensive, you might ask yourself…
Am I in an okay enough life situation for extended therapeutic work?
Can I feel into my body and be with my senses?
Do I have a history of trauma that would benefit from deeper, structured processing?
Am I able to tolerate increased therapeutic intensity?
Am I engaged in my own personal individual therapeutic work?
You can also reach out to connect on your curiosity!
beyond just a few days.
